  • Low insulation in panel battery charger and discharger

Parts of the job: 

1. Check all equipment that is in the panel
2. Check the cable termination and insulation in line :
  • Main switch board 
  • No.1 Gen Battery charging 
  • Bridge control console 
  • Em’cy switch board 
  • Ballast control & mont console 
  • Gyro compass system 
  • Life raft light 
  • Public anddres main unit 
  • Engine control console port side 
  • Engine control console stbd side 
  • Nautical inst. & dist. Panel 
  • Navigation & signal light C.P 
  • No.1 lead acid battery DC24V
  • No.2 lead acid battery DC24V

2. Measuring insulation with insulation resintance tester :
to determine the condition of conductor a line
  • Main switch board 
  • No.1 Gen Battery charging
