2. Problems occurred ( information from the owner / user ):

1. Indicator lights to the monitoring fuse does not work, the lights remain lit fuse in an is lost. 
2. VU ( Volume Unit) to monitor resistant grounding does not show an accurate value in monitor mode and test mode. 
3. Wires inside the panel so that it takes less tidy cable track

1. Indicator lights to the monitoring fuse does not work, the lights remain lit fuse in an is lost.

a. Trip Circuits cut off / burned
Specification of Trip Circuit:

· Type P450 15A (P4-15 250V/15A) No brands

b. Rectifier Protect Fuse is not standard / modifications have been done

2. VU ( Volume Unit) to monitor resistant grounding does not show an accurate value in monitor mode and test mode

Possibilities occur:

a. There is a problem in the Accessories Unit

b. VU meter unit for grounding resistance meter problem

c. Timer problem

Specification of Timer unit:

• Brand : Omron

d. Selector switch for Monitor and Test Position problem

a. Too many spare cables are not neatly.

4. Problem solving

Indicator lights to the monitoring fuse does not work, the lights remain lit fuse in an is lost.

· Replacement of trip circuit

· Note: There should be more spare ‘trip circuit’ , since the trip circuit will be cut off in the event of mains fuse broke. The possibility of breaking up the frequent occurrence of very large.

· Replacement of mains fuse with a fuse that is safe / standarad
VU ( Volume Unit) to monitor resistant grounding does not show an accurate value in monitor mode and test mode.

· Check and repair if necessary on the unit accessories, VU meter, Timer, Selector Switch, and Grounding Connection.

· Note: Possible replacement could occur in the unit VU meter, Timer, Selector Switch.
